Obviously I love Harry Potter, so when they came out with Fantastic Beasts, I was very happy to have more from the Harry Potter universe!
I jumped on the opportunity to have a Newt Scamander costume, complete with suitcase that i could wear to the premier!
I looked for a vest, but couldn’t find one, so I made it!
Found the coat and shoes at a second hand store. Here’s another view at a friend’s Harry Potter party:
And of course the crown jewel was the suitcase!
Since I made the costume before the movie came out, I had to make my own wand (pictures above and below).
