I usually have to have an outlet during stressful times, and I made this while studying for the MCAT to get into medical school!
I took and old book and distressed the outside, painted it black, and added some paint to make it look old.
I removed the cover from the book and discarded the book pages. Then I printed the pages for my book on printing paper and used a sewing machine to sew 10-15 pages together for different sections of the book.
